I had a very disappointing experience with Accounting Madam Shonali. She was extremely rude and disrespectful toward BC drivers, showing no courtesy or basic manners. Such behavior is unprofessional and leaves a very poor impression. I expected better conduct, especially from someone in an educational or professional position.
