I chose this program to earn my Class A CDL, quit my job, left my family, and committed myself to three weeks of training. Unfortunately, I was sent home right before my scheduled test day. The first week of orientation went well, but during my second week I was assigned an RBX trainer. I had significantly less driving time than the other students—172 miles compared to 800+ miles for many of them. I also felt I was not receiving enough hands-on instruction with backing, tandems, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and the air brake test. I also witnessed my trainer texting while driving and repeatedly drifting from his lane. After giving an honest evaluation, my trainer contacted me about it and said operations had spoken with him. I requested a different trainer but was denied. I felt that after that evaluation, I was treated differently and was told the trainer had reported that I was scared and didn’t want to drive, which was not true. Later, after getting only about 2½ hours of sleep due to significant stress and financial problems, I told my trainer I did not feel it was safe for me to drive that day. Although we had been told in orientation that days off were allowed when needed, I was called into the office and ultimately told the program wasn’t a good fit for me. I understand that training requires listening to your trainer, but I believe there is a difference between not listening and asking questions or raising legitimate concerns. I made a major commitment to this program and was extremely disappointed to be sent home with no job, no income, and no way home immediately before my test. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this program carefully research the training experience and, specifically, how trainer assignments and student concerns are handled.

I came to pick up a load at Chobani Berlin , NY but I was out of driving hours, so I stayed here overnight. Then I woke up to this . Come on, Wilson, do better . This is the reason shippers and receivers don't want to let us stay overnight. It's not just trash , pee bottles some drivers even blow out their trailers, leaving a mess for everyone else.
