Stay away from this company. We were called out for a road service request in NC. We provided an ETA of 90-120 minutes and accepted. Our technician arrived within the time frame stated only to find another provider out their working on their unit. No one called to cancel on their end. When we sent a dry run invoice Lou said what do you want me to do. Straight up unprofessional and a very shady way of doing business. Steer clear from this company unless you want to be scammed.

They look for roadside assistance, pay you with a credit card, and then—at the end of the month—they file a dispute with their bank and take the money back, just like that.

If i could give them 0 stars i would i worked on their truck and replaced the faulty starter on one of their trucks and got the driver back on the road but then the owner decided to report fraud to his bank and get his money back and i lost 1300$ smh will never do business again

Notice to Service Vendors: We advise all roadside assistance companies to practice caution with this customer. They have a history of dispatching multiple vendors simultaneously and do not compensate for dry runs. To protect your operations, we strongly suggest implementing a mandatory pre-billing policy before executing service requests.
