    Don't work for this Company. They think that percentage is the way to pay people for local runs. Try spending 6 hours running a load of beans and getting $66.00. The owner is a complete hot head will cuss you out anytime you encounter him. Drivers are the scum on their feet there. Office personnel make that place run attitude. They do not value drivers at all even the good ones.
