(END DUMP, not all good not all bad, enjoyable for the right drivers) Newer Equipment rocks for the work they do. Weekly home time is SACRED, they'll shell out the money to make sure you can get home for the weekend or holidays if the equipment isn't cooperating. Office personnel are nice folks, I didn't really have any problems here. I do not think the advertised income is honest though, the trainers were making 100K once upon a time but I think they're moving away from that pay structure. Keep the wheels turning when clay loads are good and all and you can regularly Net 1K+ a week, but you ain't putting away 72K you're just seeing paychecks for that kind of income with the per diem (72K a year @ 40 hrs would give you similar paychecks). The lower 700-800 bucks net is for like 5 day a week runs. Which, it's truck driving. Run on Sundays you'll see decent money, keep the wheels turning. And the full weekends are there if you want them and don't mind the income hit. It's an awesome job for the right people.

If you can't handle the ups and downs of the trucking business without crying about everything, you don't belong here. You do your job like a professional, and you'll have no issues. I've been here going on 8 yrs now and I have researched EVERY company out there, and there is none better for pay, for maintenance, or dispatch.i dare you to find ALL 3 at any other company

I loved Woody Bogler Trucking, I'd still be there if I didn't move outside of their running area. I moved to TX and the end dumps only run MO and the bordering states. When I started, Corey recruited me, this guy knows the company. He was super quick at getting me in the door, and everything he told me was spot on with what I experienced. I wish their end dumps ran down to TX because I wouldn't have left.

You'll get as many unpaid empty miles as you will loaded. They pay a % of the load, but I believe they're lying about what the actual pay is. If you're good with sleeping in the truck 5 days a week for 7-800 bucks You'll be happy. Hope you don't have a family emergency, because they'll pretend to understand then text you the next day saying that all your stuff will be in a box and they'll block you number so they don't have to talk to you. In the end they turned out to be heartless ### holes.

When a company has two orientations a week, every week, that's a red flag. If you like being home every weekend while making fast food wages this the job for you.

So I work for Woody burglar for a total of 6 days 3 days orientation 3 Days on the road . Fill that paperwork for a pet policy which was $250 they tell you you can't have your pet in the truck for 30 days but yet they took the pet policy out before I was even able to get my pet in the truck and 6 days I left so therefore I didn't get to use my pet policy ask for a refund a refused this company also wants you to run oversize trainers teach you to run behind the scales and so that's how you make money that's the only that's the emphasis on how you make money is to run overweight . Very upset that you took a $250 out of my family's pocket when they shouldn't have was only there 6 days they should have waited 30 days to take out the pet policy so I'm out $250 with my money could go for groceries or electric bill or something like that the company has a lot more money than I do but evidently that's how they make their money is by taking money out of your check and not giving it back to you very unhappy with this whole experience would not suggest you going to this company unless you want to run illegal
