XLG recently booked a government load with our brokerage from PA - MS. This team has been nothing short of phenomenal to work with. Nick and Chase showed a great deal of integrity and work ethic, when the driver fell ill. Their driver immediately secured the load in a reserved spot in a fenced truck stop. We were informed as soon as they were aware of the issue, and within a couple hours, they had a solution in place to repower the load with minimal impact. When we offered to help with cost for the repower's deadhead, they politely attempted to decline, saying that they made a commitment and would do whatever they need to see it through. Hope to work with them more and would definitely recommend them as a carrier!
