NXL has been a great company to work with through my experience. It is a local service for the company i work for, and we have used their service several times now. Each time with no issues at all. They are very great to work with and keep you well informed of your shipment while in transit. I would without a doubt recommend to any business interested in using ther service!

Liked their service. Shipped my motorcycle from Houston to Charlotte. Bike delivered in same condition as it was when picked up. Would choose again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was moving from the Bay Area of California to Michigan. I had origianlly booked to have my car picked up on a Sunday. They never showed or called. On Monday still a no show. I called them to find out what was going on. They added $600 to the cost and told me it would be picked up on Tuesday. At like 5:30am Tuesday I get a text say that they could not get my car until Wednesday, which did not work for me. I called to find out what was going on and given the run around. I tried to cancel the service and was told I could not because I was under contract. I had to have my car picked up by a certain time as I had train tickets out of town. They told me to leave my car unlocked with the keys in it at a Walmart and they would pick it up there. Of course I refused. Not like they were going to replace my car if it was stolen. They then told me to take it to the drivers home an hour away and leave it unlocked with the keys in it. Agian refusal. They kept trying to get me to leave my car at random locations unlocked with the keys in it.Eventually I had to drive my car an hour away to meet the driver and change my trian tickets. Would not recommend. It was a nightmare to deal with this company.

Such a weird company with their policies JUST AVOID THEM, not recommended at all.

Haven’t dealt with this company directly but based on the way they drive their company vehicles they must be terrible. Driving down Benjamin Franklin Pkwy this vehicle cuts over with no signal and not looking, forcing me to swerve suddenly into the other lane. Then, after he merges behind me, proceeds to flip me off multiple times and wave his hands out the window telling me to pull over. I won’t write what he was saying because I couldn’t hear him but lips are pretty easy to read and it was clear what he was saying. Obviously I didn’t pull over to confront a self entitled megalomaniac, so I can only guess what his actions would have been. This man was completely unprofessional and unsafe. Says a lot about a company that is willing to entrust an individual like this to represent their company. I will be contacting the appropriate agencies to file complaints. Word of advice. Don’t drive like a road-raged maniac with your company information plastered all over your vehicle.

This was the only taxy service that help a customer to provide a taxi, to be honest this is the best taxi service in all PA. The guy that answer the call was so nice, so kind and willing to help.

Great and fast service best taxi service I ever had very reliable and the drivers are very nice and the cars are very nice and clean the cars are luxurious I definitely recommend them
