I want to thank ZP Transport for the positive experience I received from them. The company has very experienced and friendly employees. This company if very unprofessional. I have requested documents as proof that a company accepted a load from them, but they never send the what we need. We've asked for a signed rate confirmation. They sent an unsigned one. No carrier packet was filled out. The load was not accepted because of the rate. I asked for a call back, I got one, but the associate that did it put the phone on their desk and let my voicemail pick up background only. The associate couldn't even leave a voicemail. They also filed a 411 on the company, because they made a mistake when booking the load. They never even called to ask where the carrier packet was or rate sheet to VERIFY we were doing the load. They just said we agreed, got mad and reported. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. THEY EVEN HAVE A NON WORKING NUMBER ON THEIR RATE CONFIRMATIONS, WHICH I TRIED TO CALL FROM THE UNSIGNED RATE CON THEY SENT TO THE COMPANY AS "PROOF" WE ACCEPTED THE LOAD.

I have been working with Nick for a little over a year now, he has been very fair with rates and very flexible, always answers when I need help with a shipment. Also I never had an issue with this company. I would definitely recommend this company.
