Overall, I had a terrible experience with this company. It started with Leon calling me up one time complaining about taking home time, I played by their rules and put in for it one month in advance. Another time, Leon wanted me to use “ personal drive time “ to go from the office in Omaha to Tyson Foods in Council Bluff’s for a load that had to go to a Walmart d.c in Sterling Illinois. Another time, I was 45 minutes early for a delivery in central Illinois to a Walmart d.c in the very early hours of the morning. Later in the morning, when picking up the next load, I had received a call from a dispatcher wanting to know why I was late for my appointment. I responded with “ I was 45 minutes early, recheck your information! “ This went back and forth a couple times. The dispatcher never acknowledged that he was in the wrong or even apologized and just hung up on me. The final straw for me was when My ( deceased ) grandfather had a mild stroke and ended up in the hospital. Long story short, I called Leon and explained the situation, he said the he didn’t care what I did, just don’t be late for the delivery appointment. Leon could have called my uncle and gotten the truth or not about my grandfather. Leon had my uncle’s telephone number. I had to get ( Leon’s father ) Rallen involved and he said that I was to be within a two hour drive of Omaha because of my grandfather’s situation. Leon still did not believe me until I had personal information about where his dad was and doing and told him to call my bluff and talk to his dad.

They seem to move freight when no one else is. Busy company that moves with the flow. But the most impressive thing is how clean their trucks and trailers are going down the interstate! Their wash bay techs must be phenomenal! Keep up the good work!

Good people, kept me bizzy. But I dropped a loaded trlr, 20 tons. I got the boot, dont blame them at all.
