    Zero Mountan has been a good fit for me. The pay is constant and the people are great to work for! I feel that management is truly interested in me as a person and are very approachable. The equipment is in pretty good condition and if you have any issues then help is just a phone call away.

    Been here for a few years now, it's a trucking company nothing is perfect but they try hard to do right by you. It cant all be skittles and rainbows. They are working on updating the fleet and getting more office personnel, and a mechanic. (which we all know isnt easy to find good people) it's an honest days work for an honest days pay. It's a home for me, you can seriously call any of the office people on any given day or time and they will do what they can to fix any issues your having. Salary, its freaking awesome. Some weeks your running like your chasing the mile and some your wondering where the frieght is, but come friday your getting paid regardless of how many loads you ran or miles.

    This company is a good fit for me, the only thing bad is no mechanic on duty. The pay is salary for road drivers, thats a plus for me. Home time is exactly as they tell u, im home every other weekend like clock work

    I'm home every weekend and I get paid good money. Benefits and 401k after 30 days. Dispatch does not micro manage and you don't have to wait for vacation time. Great place to work.

    Needs new management!! Used to be a great company to work for. They will throw you under the bus to keep themselves out of trouble. I worked for them for multiple years. Found out there are companies that do care about their drivers that don't treat you like a commodity. Almost all of the office personnel has changed and their might be a handful of drivers left there from when I started. There are better companies that treat you better and pay better.

    There's 2 people in the office that seem to care about the drivers and thats the dispatchers C and E. The rest are clowns. Communication is absolutely horrible, planning has no consistency at all! Trucks are old and beat up. They don't care about what truck your in or if your happy with your truck. The loads are starting to be planned to where your already late regardless of what you do! Your job title will be OTR Regional but reality of it is your gonna be a shuttle driver except you won't get to go home every night like they do. They tell you that without you drivers we wouldn't have a job but none of them have the guts to stand up and get what the drivers need.

    If you like being lied to and or told just what you want to hear than by all means go work there. They say they will treat you like family but don't count on it. Don't expect to be told anything either. Very poor communication between office and drivers except when something happens that is out of your contrtol then to cover theirselves they will blame you.

    used to be a good company to work for when I started. I found the trucks and trailers to be good. After Americold took over, all went downhill. Several employees in many positions have left this company by being fired or they left for other jobs before it gets worse. No communication and those behind their glass offices don't know what they are doing.

    I gave them 0 stars (but have to check something) because they are a garbage company to work for, now owned by Americold, early on in conference call, a VP stated out new benefits should be equal to or better than what we had. Typical corporate lie, the enrollment period revealed benefits lesser adn worse than what we have now. Premiums tripling in weekly premium, coverage lower. Mgmt will retaliate against you if you assert safety issues, HOS issues, and other protections. Typical garbage trucking company now under fascist, corporate control. I am a current driver, but not for long, will get away ASAP.
