THE WORST BROKER EVER!! We booked loads with them several times, every single time, at 4pm CST, they canceled a load. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Carriers, avoid this broker at all cost. You will just end up with a truck with no load and no TONU either.

Well, today is good ole 10 Roads' last day... last one out the door turn off the lights.???? I have nothing good to say, so I won't say anything.

No load, no tonu because of no tracking, broker will not let you know that you are not tracking nor you have any visibility over their tracking system so you are screwed at the end with no load and no tonu - classic garbage brokerage.

I've worked at 10 Roads for almost 11 years. I started when it was called Eagle. They continue to lose postal contracts. Starting out all was great. However, when dispatched out of Illinois dishonesty was the normal mode of operation. Now the eastern safety manager is the most dishonest person I've ever had to talk to. Won't stay much longer.

Do yourself a favor and run away from them. They're still advertising on their website they still "operate 36 terminals nationwide" but the truth is, they have shuttered the following in just the last 2 years, laying off the majority of the staff and many drivers after they failed to maintain contracts with the post office : Des Moines, Commerce City, Greensboro, Memphis, Ft Worth, Tampa/Lakeland, Harrisburg, Oakland, North Little Rock amongst other properties. Do not listen to their recruiters, they are severely mismanaged and uneducated buffoons that don't care about anything except you complete a shift, so they can collect a paycheck scamming you into a bad career choice. (Lied about pay and benefits, didn't know what the route did, or even the truck I'd be driving) and that recruiter is still advertised as still employed by this joke of a company.

Driver manager at Tony's about the only person that was worth dealing with. I've been pulling the mail for 26 years and it slowly dissolves since 10 Roads took over. Some of that had to deal with the post office but some of it was also 10 Roads. The micromanaging the layoffs the firings it's all blur now. I wouldn't waste my time putting in an application for this place here today going tomorrow. 10. Roads can go #### themselves!
