People there suck

Mrs. Karen (the name says it all) is the “manager” of this company, she treated to call DCF on me just because her driver arrived at my house waaay earlier than normally expected and there was one to receive my child, I said that I would be there in a few then she started to threaten to call DCF on me and authorities, this unprofessional staff needs to learn the USA laws before open her mouth to say something and threaten people for no reason. People won’t be seating all day at home and guessing what time those buses will arrive whenever they desire to. If there’s a specific time for pickup and drop-off every day, so it has to be that time everyday, no changes! Sometimes my Child would be almost 1 hour waiting for the bus, and if I call to complain or ask where’s the bus they will literally give me an attitude, but if I’m not home because they arrive waaay before the expected time, Mrs. karen will call threatening people that she will call authorities and DCF.

Jennifer is a monster ! Rude . Does not know how to speak to people appropriately. All I need is my tax documents. I still don’t have them.
