    Drivers beware!!!! They told us to arrive before 1600 so we arrived at 1500 and at 1800 they told us we had to wait until 2000 to get all the mail they can to load our truck. Took over 8 hrs to get loaded with 15,000 Lbs of mail. Do NOT get a load coming here, this place is ridiculous NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Drivers be warned worst place to pick up or deliver the worst all the way around been at this location for 6 hours at a dock door still haven’t got loaded every driver has the same experience just horrible

    Had a few questions about the process of my package and the lady on the phone wasn’t patient with me and even rushed me off the phone. This was the only number i could find pertaining to my problem and not i have no solution.

    Absolutely the worst service out there, I live 3 hours from Fontana and it goes to Tolleson Az ,then to Las Vegas and then to me , really? Worst shipping service ever,

    Package shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. Somehow the contents were removed between Phoenix, AZ UPS and Fontana USPS. If you can’t trust shippers to deliver contents of a package who can you trust?
