    I have been working here for more then 10 years, they are a great small company that knows you by your name and not just a truck number! long haul and short runs available. Pay is good!

    Good company to work for. Family owned, which is important - they care about their employees. Own shop right in the yard which is helpful - newer fleet of trucks.

    Dispatcher has her favorite drivers. So you can guess who gets the miles. There is a whole lot of sitting and waiting for freight if you are not her favorite.

    Mechanics in shop don't know anything, keep you there and then send you out to get serviced. You have to be a favorite of the dispatcher or you wind up sitting a lot or doing local deliveries.
