    I'm doing a lease with this company and the equipment is junk. In three months I've already invested over $3k into my truck to get it fix and half of the fleet are old trailers that have been abused. The pay here is ok but nothing great. The good part is I have a good dispatcher Patrick and I get home almost every weekend.

    Talk about an Ego issue. Drivers treated disrespectful. The dispatch is lead by an overbearing supervisor who would not leave you alone on your days off. Micromanager.

    Driver managers have too much control. I got shut down by my manager without him talking to. Me 14 hrs on 70 and.not getting paid for it

    I worked with them for 6 years. They're the best company I worked for. As long as you put in a honest effort, they will match the effort. They don't promise more than other companies. They just keep them.

    This is a good company but no trucking company is great.Decent loads and miles and if I'm allowed to recommend a fleet mgr/dispatcher,it is Tina Francis for otr. Never an issue and she always had my back. She is as close to a dream fleet manager that you will ever find. As long as you do your job and manage your 'OWN' clock.Home time with otr/padwrap division is 14 out/4 days home. I just quit otr by my choice on 07/07/19. Nothing bad to say about Taylor. Don't lease or sign any contract. Every driver/every company.

    They have automatic trucks and 10 speed. Refrigerators included, as is,in truck scanning. They have a creative payroll system, and as anywhere check your direct deposit. Pay per mile is lower than average. In one week, I picked up 2 trailers with flat tires off the rim, and numerous other problems which had me losing money and sitting in truckstops.
