For me what separate's a good company to a great one, is how they manage your freight when things do go as planned. BDR shows actual care and concern along with correctional action to ensure the job gets done. Anyone who's been in transportation knows ; "The only guarantee in transportation is nothing is 100% guaranteed", however if you want your freight with a trusted, reliable carrier...I highly recommend BDR.
