    This company is horrendously famous for tricking people out of school because the can't keep good drivers. Dispatchers are very deceitful spend a whole day waiting to be unloaded to be paid 5 hours don't waste your time get experience elsewhere. The dispatchers are all sugar coating until you rebel because they are screwing you out of time and pay then they turn hostile and try to make it worse and make you leave their key in an envelope stay away from these people. The team operated company while most are just out right lazy and most don't have good hygiene so if you like to smell like someone's stinky ball sack for a week come here and I'm not over exaggerating.

    If you are looking for a driving job look eles where do not go to Bottomley the money is not good they lie to you right out of the gate local you will be locking to get 250 a week Otr good miles but no money

    Bottomley would have been the best company to work for , the only down side is that safety director Paul , he still thinks he's a driver , he talks to you like you're a child , he will blow up your phone for one tiny mistake and then he'll continue, once bottomley drops him there will be no downsides , a safety director should be calling drivers asking how they're doing and not calling me to upset me while driving on the road , Mitchell if you see this consider your safety director , your company would flourish even more without a lunatic in your department!

    I have had a good experience with Bottomley. I've recently retired after 20 years of driving and was treated well by them. It's important to me that I be able to communicate with the company and they are very good about that. They've always worked with me on time off and and other issues. If you need a trucking home I can certainly recommend this company.

    This company will run you a ditch if you allow them to. The pay is low and they do not want to pay layover or detention. The company do not care about the drivers they slip seat the trucks and the dispatchers appear to be nice but all of them are snakes. stay away from this company drivers, this company is a waste of time there is no money to be made they will try to ruin your license.

    I gave them a 5 star rating 1 week ago because myself and Paul had a talk before we left for our time off Christmas, and at the time we both agreed my rating would be about the effort being put forth by management, and this was true, what we didn't talk about was the rift between dispatch, management, and scheduling then over Christmas shut down 2024, we had asked for and put in for the 24th to the 3rd jan off, and as all to many times we didn't get home until 4 am the 25th, so spending any time with our family for the 25th was lost due to being just to tired, then the 26th Erica called us out of the blue and tells us while we were on our way to a scheduled Drs appointment that we had to come back to the shop 4 hrs away and take a load to Missouri, mind you in less than 1.5 days after this appointment we were on our way to another appointment we had @ a pain management appointment, and as always done before, by the time we got up to the office got the truck headed out to Missouri, we would not be back in time to be in Fayetteville NC at 8:00am that Monday 30th dec. We had put in for this weeks before, but Erica was over ruling it, and said if we didn't do the call to clean out our truck, so after our Dr appointment this day Friday 27th @ 4:30 pm we drove the 5 hrs to the shop and cleaned out our truck, and also this day we were supposed to be paid around $3200.00 deposited, well that never happened either, payroll didn't do their job the day before due to it was Christmas day, I had run my own biz over 20 yrs and my people were always paid prior if a holiday and this company had done this already for thanksgiving pay period but for some reason didn't do this for Christmas? The problem with us working here has been what the recruiter promised us would happen dispatch and i guess Ken decided NOT to do, every-time dispatch said to do otherwise by us they invoked the name or the saying "purr KEN or KEN said" period. For us as a team, and a social security sponsored couple working under the ticket to work program the recruiter either lied or the promises made were worthless due to the over reach over bearing of Ken and dispatch,now let me make this clear we never spoke to Ken, it was always dispatch saying or using Kens name... neither were on the same page with orientation though and the recruiter which by the way is in house not an outside employee.Based upon the other reviews and what we are going through now with this company i would have to say there are other disturbing problems with this company's way of management. We really over all liked our jobs, no job is perfect but we were treated like those red headed step children syndrome by dispatch. The black sheep, i saw several employees go into Pauls office and other offices yelling at and the typical being pissed off at someone and having to quit, over the same reasons we would also have had to quit had we not been told otherwise by Erica to clean out our truck NOW, that day...which now yes we had and otherwise would have had to also quit for whats a constant problem with this company's revolving door. They try and use a persona of were all family, well maybe a dysfunctional one but nothing like any normal human being would want to be a part of.

    Very Crooked Company. Ask you to do work illegal and dangerous and then when their hind end is on the line blame it on the drivers that gave them their 100% all. safety director Paul is very dishonest and back biter. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this place. Looks are very deceiving.

    If you are willing to die for this company they will help you get their faster 2nd week their driver put me in a ditch I told them I didn't feel safe so they soloed me out and didn't tell me they were going to cut my pay to .45 cpm I have 23 years experience so i quit this company is dangerous and a scam too bad it won't let me put pictures I'd show you
