Boyd Bros Transportation LLC

Clean terminal and friendly folks here. I’m giving suck low review is because of the shop. They never answer the phone under no circumstances. Cannot get an update on your truck. I took my truck here to get parts covered under warranty due to the Kenworth, everything I asked them to do they do the opposite. I got my truck back check engine light comes on the same day. My truck been here a week for a pm/Dot. They told me they changed APU batteries. I didn’t ask you to do that. So basically I spent a week here for nothing. Wasted time and money. They do not give you any paperwork. Send you from desk to desk. This is a very unorganized shop. I will not return here under no circumstances. Go directly to Kenworth and save yourself the headache.
