Re Garrison Trucking INC

2yrs ago my company done lots of loads with garrison at 100% on time,no claims. 2 weeks ago I booked a load with the brokerage and had to update some info.garrison said they would e mail load over shortly. Load never came thru was told garrison was keeping on asset side.this happened 2 times in 2 weeks same scenario. I don't know if garrison is finding a cheaper truck or posting loads they don't have.

Check calls to the driver 24/7 is completely unprofessional. Especially calling me at 3:00 a.m. when I'm trying to sleep is ridiculous. Come on now, grow a brain. Pay attention to the Macro Point or call the dispatch!

Orientation was easy everyone was respectful and not judgmental at all which I love being a transgender truck driver is not easy but I really appreciate it signing my lease on Wednesday I’m only 23 so first time leasing can’t wait for new beginnings and have a update in 3 months who how it’s going and everyone has there own opinion and that’s fine

Terrible brokers. They will waste time give false appointment times. They are why I think brokers are the very bottom of human society

Lowest rates I've ever seen, they are worse than super ego

I reccomend not coming here i had a horrible experience first if you lease good luck with getting a truck they give you a list and everybody is running around fighting for trucks they are basic freightliners with a big payment every week, you are required to pay for everything in orientation rental car, hotel and your food plus load locks and matress for your truck, I had a family emergency before I was supposed to leave out with a load so I went back home and when I called all they were concerned about was if I was gonna pick up the load I honestly couldn't believe it so I didn't return to lease with them after all that its no way I would work for anybody that doesn't care about your family
