    In the honeymoon phase everything is fabulous. This is a "Mom & Pop" type trucking company where everyone knows your name. The owner is a fairly jovial fella. There are 2 FULL facilities and maintenance facility all roughly 150 miles apart. The company unfortunately is growing faster than it can keep up and nobody knows how to handle the stress and the drivers are punished for it. The owner needs to take back control of his company before things get completely out of hand with the driver turnover rate. There's an open door policy, just not much of an open ear open mind policy.

    They give you a lot of short holes where you get paid very little management is terrible dispatches they like to hang up on people and not get back to you you're working for like $1,200 a week you can make that in a local factory plus some

    Currently driving for this company pay is not in line with other tanker trucks lower than most .47 MT miles and depending on loaded miles or distance pay changes Miles. $ 1-45. $ 45 46-75. $ 0.790 76-100. $ 0.690 101-125. $ 0.650 126-150. $ 0.620 151-200. $ 0.590 201-250. $ 0.560 251-300. $ 0.545 301-350. $ 0.530 351-400. $ 0.520 401-500. $ 0.505 501+. $ 0.500 Currant pay scale. $25 pumping / Tank wash $18 per Hr detention after first two hours 34 hr restart on the road if out of hours pays $100

    Looks like awesome equipment boys! But in my opinion 60-70k in this day isnt squat really. 80-90k is going to be new normal soon. Pay is from 1995 id say. If your the best why do you pay like swift??????

    I've been 36 years in this business and I think this has to be one of the best outfits anybody could hope to run for. Good pay, good equipment (Petes & KW), well maintained, and very fair management. It's food grade tankers, so that might not be for everyone, but at this point, if I couldn't drive here, I'd just retire. Just saw my paycheck right before Christmas, here, and was surprised to see a $150 bonus I wasn't even expecting.
