Very poor service and reliability, recommend to take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

EDIT. Fast forward 9 months they have paid their bill. 9 months to pay $795.00. Charged interest on this invoice but interest was ignored and original amount was paid. Kudos to the agent that facilitated the A/P team to pay the bill. Maybe since my original review their organization has changed for the better but as the first time doing business with them, not impressed. ORIGINAL REVIEW; They simply will not pay you on time. Avoid booking with them. Agreement between agent and myself was for Net 30, as well as was acknowledged by payables team it would be paid in 30 days. Fast forward 30 days, no payment and was told it is now Net 60. The delivery appointment was incorrect when we got there, which was ridiculous. Hope you have a good collections team working for you, you're going to need it. Nobody from accounting picks up the phone. It is frustrating. I had to call their customer, to which the customer said if they do not pay within the next 30 days they would pay me directly for my services. Wow. "You would be surprised how many carriers call us with the same issue. I am really sorry about that." It's not a good look on your part Caramex. Do better.

I recommend this carrier for every freight broker best communication in the freight game.

I've worked with this company multiple times and overall, the experience has been very good. Communication has generally been clear, and the quality of work has consistently met expectations. There were a couple of minor delays, but they were handled professionally and didn’t impact the final outcome remarkably. I appreciate their care and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

had no issues with pickup and delivery. dispatchers are very cooperative very satisfied with the service i received and will definitely do business with them again 5/5

No Payment Did load in September No one is answering calls No Response on email.

DO NOT USE - Have a claim with them for an LTL they damaged. They requested to pay for the product instead of going through insurance. Finally received the cheque after a 3 months and when we tried to deposit it, it bounced. Had to request a NEW cheque and have been battling getting a hold of them and trying to get a new cheque from them for another 2 months now! WORST EXPERIENCE - Companies that operate this way should not be in business.
