They offer 1099 & W2. As W2 they will take out their portion of the taxes out of your check. They are doing fraudulent business by expecting you to run off illegal clocks to deliver loads ( you wont get your 10 hour break, you wont get home time, you wont get 34hr reset) they work you into the ground. They had a driver that was working for them for 4 months & because he didn't get any sleep he crashed into the bridge 3 miles away from their office in Missouri!!!! Look it up! This company does not care about their drivers at all. If you try to walk away or quit they will have you bring their equipment back in fear you might damage their equipment ( because they are doing you dirty) then have you pay your way home, they wont give you your last check & BE AWARE if they do, they will have your check reversed back into their account & make it seem Like "an error" on their end! I would never ever recommend working for this company or any Russian or Ukraine company EVER!!!!! All the dispatchers, Manager & CEO had the same name ( BECKS) nobody would tell you their real name! Beware of that! The CEO of the company boasted about the guy who died in that car accident. Saying " and the police still don't know what happened to him *chuckles*, I think he fell asleep but the police thinks he killed himself" MAJOR MAJOR RED FLAG!!!!!!! Please save your self the trouble & work for an AMERICAN company or get your own truck & become your own boss! Its not worth working for them. They give you $2000-$3770 weekly but they will have you running like a dog! This company does not send RATE CONFIRMATIONS. They will just send you a random number & then you get a percentage of what ever they tell you. They can also potentially mess your license up if you get pulled over running off illegal clocks. TAKE MY WORD!
