Chill side, appt 3am checked in got a door right away and out at 4:30am I’ve read so many bad reviews maybe I just got lucky

This place is absolutely terrible. We paid the unloading fee and it's still not finished after 3-4 hours. It's incredibly slow, and the staff are awful.

One star is all you get, everything was going fine even though they didn't call me to a door until three hours after my appointment. Appointment was at 8 pm. I got a door at 11 pm. Very bad, plus when they called me to a door they had three trucks coming out at the same time. No organization skills whatsoever. Terrible... In my opinion their security guard person was to blame for the congestion near the entrance. Makes me think that children work here. Wow, are you serious 😳 😐 😒...

Slow as hell unload, expensive lumpers considering I have been at the dock for 5 hours and still not empty. The more you pay the longer it takes.

Super bad unloading warehouse, if you have a full truck, it takes at least 4 hours

Took 9 hours to unload 3 pallets ,this guys are seriously lazy they don't take their job serious they damage the trailers with the forklifts so make sure you check them,they also damage the product and they always want you at 3am just to start working at 10 in the morning they get 1 pallet out and take a 7 hour break but if your 15 minutes late they won't even unload you, if you can avoid this shipper save yourself some time and get a different load also restrooms are horrible and the cherry on top they will give you a Karen Attitude so don't even bother in arguing with them.
