    In my view, the company is a reputable employer, and I think other companies in the industry would have similar standards regarding mileage, equipment, dispatch, and management. I feel they treat me fairly, ensuring my safe return home, communicating effectively, and responding to my inquiries. Should I receive my full sign-on bonus after six months and receive higher pay? I believe I should.

    Back again home Time did not improve much miles shrunk down some not sure why they sometimes step over dollars to pick up a penny honestly don't stay out longer than 2 weeks at most they don't make good use of your time staying out longer anyway equipment maintenance could be better but thank Schneider for that and drives not saying anything still no inward cameras that's great truck still free idles all day fuel at any pilot flying j is good still way better than most big companies not bad

    Very bad company to work with extremely judgmental and biased they lied to you from the get-go just to get you in safety is a joke at this company stay away from this company that includes even the Intermodel division. It is not worth it. They lie to you.

    This company don't care about the drivers all they care about is the customer then put drivers last. I was on the Jockey position for 10 years. Didn't wanna move a trailer to a different location in a Jockey truck turnout wasn't supposed to move it so because I didn't move it the customer didn't want me at their location anymore. Cowan did not fight for me. Just move me to a different location

    The company gives you plenty of miles if you want to work yea the maintenance could be a little better as far as the speed gauge don't set the cruise 5 mph over or at the speed limit unless it's a 70 mph zone they make that perfectly clear in orientation

    Company mostly operates peterbuilt and international trucks. 34hrs reset is your home time. Barley get any miles to make any money, was told many times there are no loads for me to run but there still hiring people. Mostly ran dedicated lanes for BJ's, Floor&Decor, Bacardi and Coca-Cola. And finally they only care about there trucks..

    Cowan was a pretty good company to work with , I sure mis some of the people there , Jim in charge of maintenance really good man , on top of the truck repairs , Mike dispatch that was tough but was a nice guy deep inside, he just suddenly passed away , he will be missed , not sure if good ole hank still there ,

    Utah-Shuttle Driver .... Manager doesnt show up to work. Drivers are lazy wont do the work sill sit around and waste time. Henkle paying for stolen wages. Manager doesnt keep up equipment, Internationals Day cabs. Will keep you running illegally with faulty lights , low tread drive tires. every dash light is on and they wont get it fixed if its not D.O.T. $22/ hr. a drivers minimum wage compared to other companies. Manager costs Cowan Systems $15,000- $25,000 a year when you run the numbers on the drivers stealing time and money from the company. Safety team doesnt care about what happens as long as it doesnt concern them.
