Awful company! We booked a load with them with 14:00 pick up on Friday. They asked for COI, which insurance sent and they didnt see it for 3 hours. (or they were lying about it because they found a cheaper option) Unproffesional and rude. Dont book with them, especially dont trust Shane Griffith

Would not recommend doing business with their brokerage division. They are very rude and unprofessional. They will talk in condescending tones just on inquires about freight, hang up in your face, and not forward you to managers who can help. I do business where people have respect.
