If I could give no stars I would. I called for assistance the other day and the lady that answered the phone was rude, short, and just hung up the phone on me. I will not be using their services and would not recommend them to anyone either.

7 time they missed up with my address.I never have a problem with another companies. Since timu started to work with Swift, probably delivery becomes sucks. Probably I will delete my Temu account. I don't know which kind of driver they hired. How many times they can bring my stuff different town. They not even bother themselves to read whole address.
