Complaint Regarding Driver Conduct and Loading Lane Obstruction I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the type of drivers your company employs and the level of professionalism expected from them. Perhaps additional training should be provided regarding basic courtesy, efficiency, and respect toward other professional drivers. Today, September 4, 2026, at approximately 12:10 PM, one of your drivers showed a complete lack of consideration for the other drivers waiting in line to be loaded. He unnecessarily blocked the loading lane and took approximately one hour just to secure his load with six straps. I politely explained to him that he needed to move a little faster because the drivers waiting behind him are also operating under Electronic Logging Device (ELD) restrictions and have limited legal driving and working hours. Unfortunately, he showed no concern or respect for anyone else waiting. This situation also raises concerns about how your company manages drivers’ Hours of Service and electronic logs. If there are violations involving ELD records or Hours of Service regulations, I am prepared to submit a formal complaint to the Minnesota Department of Transportation and request that the matter be reviewed. I respectfully ask management to address this driver’s unacceptable and unprofessional conduct and to ensure that your drivers understand that they share loading facilities with other professionals whose time and legal working hours are equally important. This company deposited a fraudulent check in my bank account. Police is already Investigating

Driver on Springdale AR, Friday 10/18/24. Washing truck in fuel bay with windshield scrubber blocking pumps for 30 minutes..are your drivers really that stupid?
