Delta Express Services INC

I would give him 0 star, but no option to Give. I made booking, gave good freight. I told them to use direct MBL, but without telling me they used Exchange BL and which cost me USD 155/- moreover instead of 14 days free time they kept only 4 days free time at destination...they are cheater and pathetic people.

I have a good experience working with Delta Express. The results of working with this company completely satisfy me, the team always tries to quickly resolve issues and help. I can confidently recommend this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Aidana Sol from the HR Department at Delta Express. She was very helpful, professional, respectful, and responsive throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions and made everything clear and easy for me. I truly appreciate her help and excellent customer service. Thank you, Aidana, for your professionalism and support. Highly recommended!

Horrible company to deal with! Will never work with them in the future, do not answer their phones and will not provide information on shipments. Stay far away!

Delta Express has a very helpful and professional team. They are always supportive, responsive, and easy to work with. I really appreciate their great service and communication. Highly recommended!

They don't pay on time. They make you sign a contract that they break constantly. If they owe you money they won't pick up the phone. They might pay you your money after 3 weeks to a month of delivering the load for them. Very poor communication. I would highly recommend to stay away from this logistics company.

Fails to pay...I was aware of the 3 Week out late payment so I thought that id stomach that...after the three weeks I was told another 3 weeks that's a total of 6 weeks...no answer and when answered very vague than ignoring calls....3 weeks turned to 6 weeks can possibly shut a company down, but appears delta express inc doesn't care

Disrespectful people always lie about the payments, I really don’t like this, but I have to because you guys are not giving any choice. You’re not even answer the phone. DO NOT LATE MAKE PAYMENTS, BE ON TIME FOLLOW YOUR COMPANY POLICY

The company, that you can always relays on.best loads good rates.

Great company, I’ve a lot of loads with them
