    It's really what you make of it. It's a normal Trucking company if you're wanting hometime realize it effects your check. They will let you take hometime whenever you want. During the day dispatch is good and just like other companies nights and weekends are not their top tear employee's. Money is alright, insurance is trash. They do pay bonuses and will take them if you jack up the equipment. Lots of drop and hooks, also lots of sitting if it's live load. There's miles here and they're a progressive company. Again because of how they run don't expect QL over the road, and hometime destroys your weekly pay.

    Equipment is kept up. No worries about that. Very nice trucks. I did 150k miles last year. 50 % drop n hook. Paid weekly. Sometimes 1 month sometimes 2 months out. If you want to make money. Not much of a life.

    Equipment is top notch. Even the old trailers they have. Kept up very nice. I have been here 15months. 50% drop n hook. I ran 150k miles my pay was 98k but. I stay out 1 month to 2 months with a 34 at home. You cant make money if you go home. The health insurance is not good. Over 14k a year I pay for me my wife and daughter. I have had to speak up many times for loads and miles. They are good people here. But im not making much for what im doing.

    I've been with the company for 2 months and so far this is the best trucking company I've ever worked for. The miles are consistent, the pay is good, and I've never had an issue getting in contact with either my dispatcher or after hours dispatch. They take pride in their equipment and their drivers. Definitely a great choice to work for.

    I have been here just over 4 months. Great company. I did have to show them im a hard worker. Now they keep me very busy. Great equipment. Everyone here has been nothing short of Amazing and respectful. I heard others say the money is lacking here. Im not seeing it. I did have a few checks at 1100 net. But no more.

    It had great potential when I worked there . Don was too busy playing with his new shop . My safety director was walked out by the police for stealing . Loads was not good . 5 days for a 700 mile trip .. it was not a very good experience. Turnover was very high

    overall fantastic company to drive for. I average 2300 to 3000k miles per week. cpm is above average for my level of experience. manager i have is like a good friend (bob) hometime is honored. no micro management. fuel? go wherever. its on you to plan your route and get there on time. I really have 0 complaints. love this company

    They will abandon you. The leave you stranded far from home when you leave. They tell they are family orientated but watch out, run from these clowns
