Came in with a pre-labeled overnight package that took 18 days to get to its destination. Avoid at all costs if you are shipping something important

Rude staff. Slow as ever. Omg what a terrible mailing a package from here. Not recommended.

Good FedEx location. As of this review, December 2024, open 0800-1900 M-F, 0900-1800 Saturday, and 1200-1800 Sunday. Fairly full service location. I had a good experience.

We had a slight issue with our wedding print order, but Prentiss went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His exceptional care really made a difference, and I’m incredibly grateful. Taking a moment to write this review is the least I can do to show my appreciation. Thank you, Prentiss, for all your help!

Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful but the manager (I believe?) Jim is so blatantly rude and disrespectful to his workers in front of customers. He told one of his workers to,”hurry it up because we have more stuff to do,” while the employee was helping me at the front, working on fixing a miss print for my business. He made it very clear that my business was less important than some online orders. I get it if you’re busy but to push someone to rush with a customer with a customer service job is crazy. I came in today and said I sent an email and he spoke very rudely telling me I didn’t send one? Even though I had the confirmation email in hand all while another worker came up with my order. I’m a regular here and seeing this man talk the way he does to the people he works with at this location, especially the women is absolutely disgusting. He has zero respect and honestly makes my visits now uncomfortable. It’s not that hard to be kind and respectful. It’s clear he hates his job or something. I hope he leaves this location because everyone that works here is so kind and patient and so extremely helpful. I hope this messages reaches someone because his man doesn’t deserve the job he clearly applied for

I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I came in needing to print a 16x24 document. The staff member immediately told me they “don’t print that size” without even checking or offering alternatives. When I asked more questions, he then stated it was because he didn’t have time to deal with me. The level of rudeness and complete lack of customer service was honestly shocking. If you value being treated with basic respect or professionalism, avoid this location for your printing needs.
