Receptionist Brenda is rude and she doesn’t care about anyone else’s time. Will text you to get the papers whenever she wants to even when they are ready an hour before. Horrible customer service.

My dispatch was for 2 p stand in line for 1 hour lady says you’re appointment is for 6 p I go back wait in line different lady say appointment is for 7 p so now it’s going to be about 5 hours to load me. If you’re on a tight schedule don’t come here.

They are slow, inept, and unpleasant; if you can avoid that place, do so.

This place is disrespectful. They take too long to start charging, and then after charging it takes more than an hour to get the paperwork.

They will make you wait 8 hrs to get loaded

Came back after long time thinking of maybe earlier appointment will get out earlier Arrived 7am and expect to leave by 1230 pm Bring lunch they will take long No matter wich source logistics you go to pick up expect at least a 4hr - 5h delay Dont make plans to leave early
