Nasty driver, peed in the back lot, disgusting!!! Had to give a star in order to post.

Have dealt with gigg as a carrier for over three years. They pick up from our location 2 times a week with a window time of 12pm-1pm. Never on time for appointment, never even close to on time. Always 4hrs to a whole day late to pick up. They blame anything and everything as an excuse. Then also have the audacity to complain because they have to wait to get helped while we tend to other drivers who learned how to read a clock and showed up on time. The same run was covered a single driver from Lakeshore Logistics for years before our customer cheaped out and went with gigg. Lakeshore guy was always 2-3 hours early Never had an issue.If you need cheap and don't have a deadline or anything time sensitive hire gigg. If you want professionalism and things delivered in a timely manner find anyone else. Hell I'd take swift over these idiots any day of the week.

After seeing all these comments about your dangerous drivers….2 killed today on 69 south near fort wayne. One of your drivers smashing into slowed down vehicles in a construction zone. Disgusting. Prayers for the families affected.

While on the road, one of their drivers was tailgating us while we were going at the speed limit. After 3-4 minutes of doing that they finally decided to change lanes and speeded up above the speed limit. Very concerning behavior while driving a big vehicle on the road and putting others at risk.

One gas pump at this card lock and these two jerks have their trucks parked in the way. They are down the street at tim Hortons in sarnia. Took 15 mins before one came back and moved, no sign of the other.

Driver pulling trailer 3G848 on Dixie Rd. Mississauga at 8:45 am on Saturday, January 24/2026 was blairing the truck air horn and giving the middle finger. Also motioning to pull over and iniate a fight. Driver is a total disgrace to the industry. Tried to call safety and compliance at Gigg Express but of course no one was available.
