Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this broker. We booked this transfer load yesterday, and I communicated with them twice today, keeping them updated on exactly what time our driver would arrive for pickup. Only after our driver arrived at the pickup location were we informed that the load had been canceled because the customer was unable to pay for the transfer. Their response was that they would pay us a $150 TONU, as if that somehow makes up for the situation. $150 does not come close to covering the revenue we are losing by having a truck sitting empty on a Friday afternoon with the entire weekend ahead, especially after we committed our truck to their load and passed on other opportunities. The broker had plenty of time to verify with their customer that everything was confirmed before booking and dispatching our truck. We also communicated with them twice before arriving, and at no point did they mention that there was an issue with the load. This was extremely poorly managed. Their lack of communication and proper confirmation resulted in wasted time, miles, and potentially an entire weekend of lost revenue. A $150 TONU does not make up for that. Carriers deserve better communication and more respect for their time and equipment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this broker.

Glen Raven has been phenomenal to partner with as a carrier. We started our relationship with GRL in 2023 and it has been exceptional. We primarily work with Danielle on stepdeck and RGN loads. She's the best in the business. Excellent communication, always fights to get us the best rates, and any time there are delays or unexpected load developments, she goes above and beyond to compensate for our time and inconvenience. Working with the staff at GRL is like working with close friends and family. Cindy and Joanna have worked with us on various shipments and they were awesome as well. In this industry, it can be challenging to find reliable and trustworthy brokers to partner with. GRL is top tier and what all brokers should be. We appreciate their partnership and look forward to many more opportunities ahead.

0 stars! I accepted a load and took a tracking for it. No communication with this company and a week later charged me $100 because Macro Piont was not tracking and they blame for for something i didn’t do. There are a THIEF!!! Just looking for reasons to take many of load!

The backing area is very spacious. I arrived a day early, and when they checked the goods, they were already prepared. They loaded the goods for me that day, which took about two hours. They need to remove the cab and leave the keys in the office. Their service attitude is excellent, which is great for truck drivers picking up or unloading goods. They don't waste truck drivers' waiting time. Really great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
