Very professional people. Safety minded. Communication could be a little better. It's getting better. Not real happy with the truck I have. It's older it rattles in the back while I driving but they do have a lot of Newer equipment. The people here are great!!

Very professional, courteous and get you back on the road quick. Their broker side is excellent as well. I will pickup a load from them anytime but they are in the boonies

Have been driving over 20 years. If you can do anything and I mean anything else with your life other than work in the transportation industry, do it. If you insist on working in what is truly a mediocre industry, know that Hartt is really no better or worse than any other trucking company. I've been here for years and they don't care about their people at all. For the people who say they treat you "just like family", exactly what was life like in your family?? My family actually loves me. I was once in a restaurant in Auburn Maine when a driver stopped to say hello to what I was able to figure was his dispatcher. When the driver and his family left, the dispatcher went on to belittle and make fun of the driver. I was in the next booth. That is HARTT TRANSPORTATION. THAT is trucking. These companies need you in the seat. Period. None of them care about you. I make a decent living at Hartt but I never forget the truth. I come in, do them no favors, take no risks and focus only on my safety. I go home to my actual family, you know, the people who aren't trying to exploit me while smiling to my face and when I'm home I don't give Hartt or trucking a single thought.

This company has been the best company to work for in my 25 years of driving. Family owned and a treat you like a driver should be treated. Home when you want to, very good equipment and will work with every drivers needs. Many people that work here from drivers to office personnel have been here for many many years and will retire here. If I have my choice I will retire here.

A great company to work with and for, where you're treated as a person not a number. Also, if you need yours rig washed, they have a state of the art truck wash.

Friendly people, loading was really quick. Very easy backing. There's a couple of spaces for overnight parking but there's also a truck stop that's less than a mile away.
