No restrooms for drivers only porta potty, small staging lot but plenty of room near docks, arrive 45 minutes before your appointment. Sometimes you can get in and out and Sometimes you won't. It's Trucking. They could have a better system to check in and out, a tablet would help speed things up.

8/14/23 I’ve Been coming here often today was the worst, trucks waiting everywhere just to get a call for a door… Ive been waiting over two hours so far just to get a call for a door, and they won’t allow overnight parking, but they want you gone after loaded,but wasting your time here to get loaded and run out of hours smh… arrived @4pm didn’t get loaded till 10:00pm Update here again on 2/9/2026 Been here since 11am for a 4pm appt they won’t let you check in until a hour before your appointment, so I comeback @3pm I didn’t get a door until 11pm this place is ridiculous they need new workers or a new management to have things more smoothly this doesn’t make any sense to have drivers waiting this long to even get a door and just as long to get loaded and then try to drive for their delivery appointment… and they wonder why accidents happen hell it’s because drivers are up all day trying to get loaded and having to drive all night to be on time or as close as possible for delivery shut this place down…

The parking to wait for the appointment or to even sign in is small, and the guard shack is legit rude with no respect at all

RC Moore – Driver Review (Swift Driver’s Perspective) Security Check-In: Security is straightforward. The older gentleman at the guard shack is polite and helpful, while the other guard seemed less interested in the job. Nothing major, but keep your expectations low on security service. Check-In Instructions: When you pull into the property do not drive through the gate. Instead, park to the right outside the gate. Bring your paperwork, pickup number, and DOT number to security. You do not need your CDL at the guard shack, but you will need it in the shipping/receiving office. Shipping & Receiving Process: Go to Door #9 (Shipping/Receiving entrance). The sign is clearly marked. Walk down the hallway to the end, and you’ll find the check-in window to the right. Before you go to the window Fill out the inbound/outbound form completely, but do not fill out the top line—the office handles that part. Depending on how busy they are, you may be assigned a door right away or told to wait. (I had an 11:30 AM appointment and was out by 1 PM, which isn’t bad considering the workload.) Docking Instructions: Slide your tandems all the way back before docking. Place the paper they give you at the window inside the trailer before backing into the dock. Wait for them to call you on your phone when unloading is complete. Once you see the green light at the dock door, you can pull out after they call first tho! After loading or unloading: Go back to the shipping/receiving office to get your final paperwork. Important: Double-check your paperwork before leaving. They had my trailer number wrong, and that can cause major issues later at your final destination if you don’t catch it early. Overall: The process at RC Moore is pretty organized once you know the routine. Appointments seem to run close to schedule, and loading wasn’t too bad. Just be mindful of the paperwork details and docking instructions also you can't show up no earlier then 1hr before the appointment time! Final Note: To my fellow drivers—take your time, follow the steps, and you’ll be in and out without much trouble. Stay safe out there drivers!

The night shift is the worst. There's a dark-skinned woman checking in who's very rude, and the supervisor is another rude person. They have no manners. Plus, they're incredibly slow charging; it can take more than four hours, and even when the charger is ready, it's useless. Terrible service 🤮 …
