HMD, very well organized and professional company. Will give you the miles if you want to work hard and be open to them. Gotta want to work in order to get paid! Work hard get paid well! Dispatchers are super knowledgeable and well trained, they definitely know the logistics and how to do their job. They plan loads close in order to get you the miles. You have to respect them and work well with them, your a team. Excellent team, after hours is always helpful, professional,and have the answers when your dispatcher is not available. Always available. Maintenance shops are top notch and keep equipment up and running. They are amazingly quick with anything you need. Equipment is maintained well and is newer models so you don't spend time not getting the miles. One of the things I really like is, HMD does not use retreads, the only use new rubber, they realize the importance of safety and sitting on the side of the highway is not earning. Have not had any issues with truck or any of the trailers that I could not fix. Excellent equipment. The support with HMD is amazing they are there for you when you need something. Home time is when you request it, never had an issue with getting home when needed. Remember, you are not making money if your not rolling. The longer you can run the bigger the check.

I was hire as an OTR driver at 0.65 cpm I keep getting runs that are less than 500 miles what are regional and their regional drivers make 0.70 cpm .. So I am unable to reach the 11k saftey and performance pay to get the extra 0.10 cpm . When asked about this I was told I was OTR and not regional so I was not entitled to that extra 0.05cpm because I could get 0.10 cpm bonus . When I told them that I could not get that bonus running such short miles., I was told that it was unprofitable to get OTR loads out of the areas they keep sending me to.

Deceiving the cargo is very hard + on my track, they removed the aluminum wheels, installed the metal inside so they were invisible, and didn't hesitate to immediately wash and fold them into a container. Was good company, more bigger it got more selfish, cheaper and cheater they got. HMD Return my DEPOSIT

Owner doesn't respect his driver's. Do not recommend
