    TruckersReport Review

Ok, so you see it's mixed reviews, also can tell some are made up from an office because no way any driver talks like that lol, So here's the scoop for me in the last 4 months, U might get a new truck at first, mostly with 60-150,000 , but it's possible you will get a used truck to start but they will let you switch out as long as u prove u can work hard and manage your time! That's the key here and honestly any trucking company, you can go home whenever you want, dispatch tries to bend over backwards for you, but you have to respect them if you want respect etc. keep track of your money as yes you have weekly expenses that don't stop, around $2,100 a week no matter what so keep track we're you're at every week so you know what you can afford on going home. If u go home right after having a crappy week and the last load of that week could of been the money load then expect two weeks of small pay. Communication is key with these guys, you have to keep up with them, so if you have a break down and don't have the money in your pocket they will pay for it but stay on them to make sure they put it in payments as they will work with you. if you don't have enough in your maintenance account and u work hard then yes they will help out and put it in payments. Remember your an owner op to a degree now so the money you get is business money not yours, u choose what to pay yourself. But expect to pay for repairs, tires brakes etc. Best saving is taking care of the truck and doing most of the work yourself. Meaning don't have a shop change a light or fix wire's "as an example" and pay $300 plus in labor. I'll say 75% tarp loads, yes it sucks but if u keep up with freight and we're is good u can get a break from tarps, just have to communicate with your dispatcher and discuss what they see etc.
