I trained with the guy and several times he became a major distraction how long with his constant smoking. I used to smoke and I'm never going back. I requested a trainer and the very next Monday I received a rejection notice. I will never drive for this company again.

I've been with JB Hunt just a little over 4 years. I tried to leave and go to another company, but JB put false info on my DAC. I know a lot of drivers say that, but I photo copied the message they sent me saying they know the incident was not my fault, but they're blaming me anyway. If I knew how to do it I would upload it here. Drivers at JB Hunt, at least in Haslet fall into the same category a a recap. It's insane how easily the staff there can just lie without the slightest shred of shame or guilt. If you try to speak to one of them about an issue, you always get the same "canned" answer. "I understand your frustration" or "I get it." That's the end of it. Bottom line is they all have their dial tuned to promotion, and they don't have time to deal with as I was called "a mere truck driver".

My experience with J.B. Hunt as an owner-operator was built on deceptive promises. The recruiting manager sold me on high rates, steady freight, and strong operational support just to get me signed. After onboarding, management went back on every word. When problems come up with rates, loads, or dispatch support, management lies, shifts blame, or cuts off communication. They expect you to absorb all the expenses for your rig while offering zero support or transparency. Michigan drivers: avoid signing up here

Mechanics don't really fix anything. More or less just patch things

I've been with JB since January and I've had an awesome experience.... Love this company

I switched to this company 2 months ago i have no complaints way better than my last company
