When I picked up trailer 118168, the Meritor Tire Inflation System (MTIS) box was broken away from its frame. I used gorilla tape to hold it in place. Contracted ROADASSIST & got directed to Tipp City , Oh . I could have did this on the road. Myself, I don't understand why they did not replace the box. That's the purpose of having a terminal in a shop. I've got five years of trailer repair experience myself. I have had this issue before. I went to an off-site shop and they put a new box because the old one was broken. They should have done the same thing instead of this temporary fix. I don't understand. Now it's going to break away again, and another driver is going to be stuck with the very same issue that should have been repaired correctly.The first thing time . How can we be a better company? If we're doing things like this.

It's a nice facility for their drivers and their independent contractors to take their 10 hours break or the 34 hours. There's a good size shower and laundry rooms. The shop and the service It's great and half what the outside. shop would charging.
