Don't get me wrong pay can be better!! I don't see the point in having a trip planner and aye dispatcher! Dispatcher really just aye middle mane that's just calling to ask if you can pass DOT inspection basically! clam they don't have any say so on the load being placed on drivers! Witch i think is odd!

I worked for them for a little over 2 years, first as a driver and then as a driver trainer. Overall it was a good company. Driver pay as a regular driver about average for the industry however pay as a trainer was really decent but training new drivers comes with a lot of headaches and less home time.

Money hungry individuals. People in power* make all the money & don't spread it to the drivers. Don't believe the hype about pay, company drivers are struggling to make $1k a week, just ask the next driver you see. Even the trainers aren't making decent money, that's why they are short on trainers. They may APPEAR to care but it's all about the dollar with them. They lease drivers OVERPRICED equipment & double book loads so the rate the driver sees has already had money taken out so you're really only getting at best 50% of the actual load. Also a lot of snitching, particular drivers will "tell" on other drivers to keep them getting the "good loads" . You will sit for well over 1/3 a day for a load & also they don't prioritize you getting home on the weekend. I will say at least the training is A1.

I run oversize equipment in their wind division and it's a good gig when things are moving but in the down time you either go home or go run flatbed. Good company to work for but like every other company they have their good and bad, just go with whatever works for you.

I have not driven for them but with the interactions my company has had with them, they are all jerks and very rude.

Applied for a flatbed trucking position at Jordan Carriers. They reviewed my resume. Then decided they liked what they seen and brought me in.. Then, after wasting 2 weeks of my life and a long uncomfortable bus ride (there and back about 16 hours), just to send me home saying "you need more experience". You had all that info on my resume I submitted BEFORE bringing me to the recruit center. To send me home based off that same info is bull! I wouldn't drive for them. That shows that they don't value your time.
