    TruckersReport Review

    Solid company with solid equipment. Loads are easy, miles are good and Pay isn't bad. Hotels for 34 hour resets (company paid) and a great atmosphere that allows drivers to run how they want as long as the load gets there on time. Never had an issue running my clock my way.

    Currently a employee don't know how much longer. Sad to say since the death of the VP Steve Cabbage. It has went to #### in the last month. I was making very good money. Now i can not pay bills I am a pusher work hard. And. Making. Around 700 a week . I can not continue like this i was hoping they could pull it together. But its not looking good.

    Spent a large amount of years here only to be tossed to the wayside. Dispatch has a God complex and its all great until something bad happens. I would keep looking elsewhere.

    Great company to work for . The People are phenomenal and so is their trucks and equipment. They get their driver's home as much as possible and will have them home when their is an emergency .

    A bit old-fashioned. Great long-term customers. Home time has improved and they try to work with ya. Just like anything, there is give and take. The opportunity to make money is here, you do have to work. Bonus program is real and a perk. Communication is big, the better you communicate the smoother things go. For the most part they give you the load and let you do your thing. Trucks are well taken care of and mechanics work with you to keep you running.

    Nice equipment to drive... mechanics are somewhat educated... dispatchers are complete airheads and treat you like a child. Don't ask about pay because they'll chew you out.
