Keane Thummel Trucking INC

I have been working with Keane regularly for a little over a year now, and they have quickly become one of my favorite carriers to work with. I work with Jon Black in the stepdeck division on a daily basis, and he is always on top of everything from start to finish. He is extremely easy to work with, very responsive, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. Communication is one of the biggest things I appreciate when working with a carrier, and Jon has always been great about keeping me updated and answering calls, emails, or any questions I may have. Even when things get busy or a load doesn’t go exactly as planned, he is always professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, my experience with Keane has been nothing but positive. They are reliable, dependable, and genuinely make the process of working together easy. I really appreciate the relationship we’ve built over the past year and look forward to continuing to work with Jon and the Keane team on many more loads in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a carrier they can trust!

Great company! Office personnel are the best I’ve encountered after 20 plus years on the road. The only issue I had was multiple loads in Chicago. Great company!! God bless.
