    Honestly, this has been the worst experience in 10 years of driving. I NEVER GOT home, repairs were noted and I was told to fix them myself...I'm quite confident when saying, this has been the worst of the worst...

    I am a top driver at migway and I love it here. I feel like they are my family and really care about me. Ive been here for three years and every yeaf i get a brand new truck. From loads to hometime to just checking up on me they really are the best. Look forward to what the future holds

    trains dispatchers to instruct drivers to leave the site if they arent loaded in 1 hour and 30 minutes. PUTS SOLO DRIVERS ON TEAM DRIVERS SHIPMENTS, NOT RELIABLE AT ALL

    Great place to work, very friendly people. Small family oriented company with plenty of potential to grow. I've worked at a company like MigWay before, same amount of drivers and I ended up staying there for 10 years. So I guess we will see what the future brings. And they have manual transmissions (10-13) and automatics. I'm on flatbed, flatbed is growing and need drivers, so if you're interested fill out a quick application and trust me they will call you, they will hire you quick too. I put in my application on a Monday afternoon, Tuesday I took my drug test, Thursday I was in my truck. Yes same week.(????) Flatbed and Dry Van is all they haul. Volvos, Cascadia, Mack's, Coronado's, Western Star, and Columbia's. 53' dry van 48' flatbed but I'm sure they're working on some 53' flat beds. Check'um out.

    This company is based on lies and scam . It's mostly people from Ukraine who will steal your money from mileage plus detention and layover . I become a victim of their online fraud and advertising on internet. I joined the company and never made 1800$ in 5 days , I did 7 days of work running loads all over but still never made that money . Please stay away if you really want to make money , they I'll never return your escrow payment. They are holding my escrow payment of $925 without a reason . Good team please don't remove this comment because it's based on truth and real life experience.
