I have growled every time I see our dispatchers have taken Navajo off of our "Do Not Use" list, and scheduled a load with them. They always pay late, ALWAYS. Their latest antic has been to schedule payment 14 days past the due date, then push it back a week, twice so far. This brokerage is criminally unethical when it comes to paying for their loads. Save yourself the headache and AVOID Navajo Express. I'd give them -⭐s if I could.

Awful broker. Broker will try to short pay you or not pay you at all beware everyone.

Please be advised that if you book a load with Navajo, they may automatically deduct 20% while falsely claiming that your driver was not tracking, even when proper tracking was maintained. After making these deductions, they often become unresponsive. We are actively seeking to connect with other employees or carriers who have experienced similar issues, as we are considering pursuing legal action against Navajo for what may amount to the unlawful taking of millions of dollars from carriers. The truth will ultimately come to light, and all responsible parties will be held accountable under the law.

Do not work with this company I will file a claim aginest them. “They do not pay, and even if they make a payment after months of chasing, they deduct 20% under the excuse of tracking. This is unacceptable. I have all the screenshots and proof, including their confirmation that there was no issue with tracking.

Wasted my time for hour later with no load!
