    Booked a load through flex port. Arrived at shipper and was told load was cancelled. Called the broker and got the run around. 2nd time this has happened with Navajo. Untrustworthy company that doesn't want to pay when they are in the wrong

    Stay away from Navajo. Grossed 1200 on last check and only paid me 197.00. Never paid me 250.00 deposit for trailer lock, also take 150.00 out to detail truck for another driver. Don't mention this in orientation. Horrible company to work for. Scam artist

    I just left them because I went 2 weeks without pay because of these horrible lease purchase program. Because they was giving me the cheap loads and having me sit for days. STAY AWAY from this company they are for there selfs they are the biggest scam in trucking. They won't be around for too much longer there turn over rate Is worst than western express. They pay his horrible and there miles are long. 3500 mile week you'll be getting paid 900$. This company slaves u and pays u crumbs. And they don't answer phone DRIVERS Listen too the reviews and stay away from this company

    I just left Navajo because of the dispatch wanting me to run my clock in red numerous times. Been there about 9 months & starting off, overall, has been a really great place to work. The Problem is with dispatch. If you decline a load, for a legitimate reason, they will starve you out to make you quit. Had many friends there, but the boss of Navajo, Sylvia, also a dispatcher has no idea about HOS. Definitely needs more training. She threw a relay load on me thinking I could get a load in on time & couldn't. I had about 9 hours back, recap mind you, & the drop was 9 & a half hours away...well, common sense as well as drivers know that won't work. She told me to take it in when I told her I don't think this load is going to work, as soon as it got dropped on me, numerous times. Well she won't listen to drivers when they express their concerns so I called in & was told to put in a delay instead of trying to drill this in her head, again more HOS training is needed there. She since then acted snooty towards me, obviously someone that doesn't like being wrong, giving me bad loads & then tried to sabotage another load. Telling me to that I had to leave at 5 am from a pu to a drop I had to be at 6 pm... again common sense & HOS hours tell you, you're click will be dead at appointment time by then. She runs Navajo & the guys there do exactly what she says so good for you Sylvia. Girl, you run that place. (Right into the dirt hopefully) Anyways as long as you do exactly what she says, you'll be fine..run your clock in the red for her, but you'll get good loads. I wanted to wait to leave a review today cause today happens to be the day I'm supposed to get my last check, but guess what guys... didn't get it even after returning the truck to the yard & took a free load on the way to drop the truck so I hope Sylvia is as successful as the way she runs her company...No, if you ask if Donnie Jr still runs it, no, it's all Sylvia's cause she knows/owns everything/everyone there. Good luck going there, but again do everything they say, because after all your CDL belongs to Navajo, you'll be fine.

    Cannot ever get a hold of anyone for payment of loads. They will run you around for their "so called" net 30 day payouts that don't get paid till after 60 days. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in accounting.

    I did a load for them on February 16th and I cannot reach anyone for a payment, they never answer multiple emails and voicemails and I paid lumper fee out of my own pocket of $420. Bad company looking for any help on getting paid for this

    Scam company. They deducted $620 which was 20% of my rate for so call not tracking. I always track and never had any issues and delivered their load successfully. They never once said anything during or after my trip that there was an issue with lost tracking. I've noticed that they are using the tracking scam with alot of owner operators. I'm currently filing a claim with their bond. I thought it was maybe just me , but after reading reviews online and DAT Loadboard app I've realized that they dont pay their freight bills and use tracking to steal money from carriers. I predict they will soon be out of business because no insurance bond company will insure them after all the claims Carriers are filing against them. So #### Navajo ????

    They stale from me $3500. They never paid me. They wanted me to run illegal on my ELD because I had to bring back their trailer in 6 days running in bad winter times.
