Yuriy and his TransPro team were terriffic. In less than a week, they picked up my 1991 Alfa Romeo Spider in Savannah, GA and delivered it to my driveway. I was waiting nearly 2 weeks for other carrier services before I found TransPros through a friend who told me that I could trust TransPros and that I would not be disappointed with his service. He was so right! Yuriy was easy to work with. I give them an A++

Yuri did a fantastic job. He was easy to work with and very responsive. The quality of work was top notch. I will definitely use him again.

The worst experience ever,he is very rude don’t how to speak to folk also he charge an extra 25.00 because he says that we don’t read the fine print! So more of the story that the buses are half working had to jump it off! To top it off waited 2 hours to be picked up he can’t even pick up my dog for me don’t use this service you be disappointed just like me!!!DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible service!!! We booked this company for parking and shuttle service for our cruise. The shuttle arrived 30 minutes late on the day we boarded the ship. The owner made smart remarks and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. After arriving to the ship he THEN proceeded to hound us for tips!!! On the day our ship returned we called and scheduled for our pick up. Waited 30 plus minutes. Called again for status and the owner said we never called and scheduled and told us it would be an additional 30-45 minutes. Again, he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience but chose to be rude and unprofessional. Once the shuttle finally picked us up there was another family on the shuttle with the EXACT complaints!!! This company fails to schedule properly, communicate and show professionalism. The drivers were good but the owner Jeff was TERRIBLE!!!

WARNING: It took Transpro 3 hours from the time we called for pick up at Royal cruise port in Galveston and take us only 4 miles to our hotel which is 17 minutes away. The reason it took 3 hours, is NOT because of the bike rally as we did not encounter bike traffic but because after waiting over an hour to pick us up from Royal port, they then dropped off and picked up people at a different port, Carnival. They should have told us when we called to get picked up that not only would we have to wait an hour to get picked up but it would even be longer to get to our hotel because they were going to pickup and drop people off at a different port before taking us to our hotel only 4 miles away from our pickup point. Everyone knows when dropping off people at a terminal there are always long lines so they should have told us that before going to our hotel they were going to another port to drop off and pickup people. We could have walked to the hotel faster than when we were dropped off. When I complained, I was texted: "How can we predict such mess as we just experienced?" "So, if you don't understand, I'll understand. Thanks." Unbelievable. When we got off the ship, they told us an hour wait. They knew they were going to Carnival port after picking us up at Royal port. They knew our hotel was only 3 miles away. They could have told us. It is not like there was an accident that just happened and traffic was stopped. The delay was because they picked us up from our port and then went to another port to drop off and pick up and then to our hotel. This delay was due to poor scheduling. They should have told us they were not going from our pickup port directly to the hotels. They knew our hotel was only 3 miles away. They should have told us. 3 hours to get from port to hotel only 4 miles away is totally unacceptable. And then not even an apology or offered a refund. On our cruise facebook page other passengers did not have issues with other transportation companies getting them to their hotels on a timely basis.
