    Horrible miles they'll have you stranded regardless of how motivated you are. Horrible trucks, when I see one going down the road I call it a garbage truck because they have the same logo.

    use this company for your last resort... you will not get raises,or extras like detention pay or layover pay & u will sit alot and if ur lucky u may see about 3000 miles every 2 weeks ... i highly advise to stay as far away as possible from this company ... this company is for people right out of school & not for us that actually have experience driving

    By far the WORST company. My husband works for them and I HATE THIS COMPANY!!! They lie about everything, the pay, the loads, take loads away to keep you on the route they want, they cheat on the paychecks and tax you on Per DM when they are not supposed to, take $ out when it makes no sense, and only pay .22 cents per mile. Worst dispatch ever, worst booking of loads, over all BAD BAD company Stay FAR AWAY!!

    Off Spec is a great place to work The Driver Managers try the best to keep you running. Brand new trucks coming in can not wait. New shop going in as well. They are providing a new driver lounge to boot

    This company has been the worst possible company I have ever worked for in 20+ years of being a professional truck driver! The pay is okay if you get loads. Loads get canceled and then they want you to run on your days off. I was long haul and switched to the bread side thinking it would be better. It wasn't! One dispatcher actually hung up on me like a two yr old throwing a tantrum.
