    HORRIBLE!! DO NOT DO IT!! Driver Manager is bestie with a driver who thinks he is a manager. Driver manager tells all personnel business to that Driver who essentially has diarrhea of the mouth. Tells everyone's business! Extremely low pay. You get paid $34 going one way. You do not get paid by the hour. When Baltimore or Silver Spring Coca-Cola has low or no production you get $22 an hour for waiting after the first 30 minutes. My highest check was $832. Horrible place. You will starve at Red Classic Candlewood. Run away!!!

    In my 15 years of driving, Red Classic would be the second worse job to have and let me explain why. They have a system called the bendix system where if you're less than three truck lengths away (at a certain speed), the cab makes a CONSTANT beeping noise until you hit the brakes or release the acceleration. It conflicts with defensive driving especially in congested areas. For example, you can be going 25 mph in light congested areas and the constant noise will still go off even when you're going with the flow of traffic. Not to mention you're driving a cheap version of a MACK truck so it doesn't pull uphill and is governed at 68 mph. The company is too invested into driver safety as opposed to truck safety. Mechanics won't change a bad tire if it has tread still, and you can get "coachings" for taking a break on the off-ramp even when you're about to go in violation for not taking one. In all honesty this company is for new CDL holders and new CDL holders only and the company should advertise as such.

    The company offers good benefits, but I feel like they treat their drivers Like crap they have became extremely corporate driven. You're not a name you are a number even after being employed there for a extensive amount of time. The Bendex system is a joke,You receive phone calls weekly about what you're doing wrong and never about what you are doing right. Even though they have it on camera of things, not being your fault, they still think those things are in your control. Example: My trainer had been with a company for seven years. A lady created a road rage incident, then called in on the driver and they fired him.. I had a guy cut me off in Nashville,TN Getting on the interstate and I got in trouble for it. The Director of operations is also the Director of safety so there is absolutely no balance between the two.

    Management is didn't care about the drivers they will do what fits them and make it hard for drivers. When you get injured at work make sure you take video's because they won't compensate.

    Good equipment, primarily drop and hook, started off decent pay. Communication became non-existent. Management is a joke. Started off with decent miles and just kept losing it week after week.

If you don't feel safe doing something, no questions asked you aren't going to be forced to do it. Love this company. We are looking for drivers and technicians, come join the red crew, you won't be disappointed!

    You'll average about $1100 per week, after insurance, taxes, 3% taken out for 401k you bring home $7-750 week this is filing single. They pay by the mile PM drivers make .54 per mile and AM make .57 per mile...detention pay @ $19.35 her after first 30mins. There is no stop or component pay, they don't layovers unless it really, really can't be avoided. Now the biggest thing I've seen people get fired over is the Bendex Accident Avoidance Systen, the outward facing camera reads road signs, radar is used to measure how close you are to vehicle a in front you...all information is sent back to the safety dept and reviewed. If your coming off OTR it will take you training yourself to get use to the system.

    The managers and planners need to be fired ASAP! They will give your load away and not pay you anything for your loss. BISHOPVILLE SC.MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company.
