    Got there 30 minutes before delivery time and still ended up being almost 3 hours to unload truck.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company. The dispatchers aren’t even competent The equipment in the trucks break down often, for instance, the navigation where it tells them where the driver is, at all times. Giving loads is extremely slow. And they dont care about OTR drivers at all.

    This brokerage is a joke. No phone number on the rate confirmation and no phone number in their email signature. That’s a massive red flag and speaks volumes about their lack of transparency and professionalism.
