    The company is bankrupt. The owner is running another MC at the moment. Trans Alpes Carrier. Do not trust him. He asks driver to drive promising he will send the paycheck after picking up the load, then will only send you little amount to survive.The trucks are not even registered.Lying to the drivers about the paperworks of the truck.

    They will not pay you . Sometimes they will give you enough money to eat but that's it. If you break down they will leave you there till you find your own way home with no pay .

    This company is the worst ever, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I'm facing urgent financial challenges due to non-payment at Reserve Truck Line. My situation has reached a point where I am facing eviction. Despite completing the required work, I have not received my rightful payments, causing immense stress and jeopardizing my living situation. The lack of timely compensation has created a dire situation for me. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time. This situation is not only affecting my livelihood but also raises concerns about the company's commitment to fair employment practices. Potential employees should be aware of the financial uncertainties they might face when considering employment at Reserve Truck Line. Thief and a liar's!! More you make the more they take !! They stole my last three paychecks refused to send it, saying I have to be on a load and continue running.

    Left for medical reasons. I had a great truck as a company driver. Maintenance at nights and on weekends was harder to deal with. But things got addressed as needed. Pay was above average, especially for someone coming from a mega carrier.

    Terrible don't work for this company ever they haven't paid their drivers equipment is the worst I've sat for six days waiting for them to make a truck repair payment if they ever reach out to you hang up my worst experience in trucking ever I still have not received my check for two weeks it's a month now stay away you've been told.

    The worst place to work, I didn't get paid, 3 weeks waiting for my pay, I have to drive to my home with not money, I took they big rig to go back to home, and I let them know where I parked their truck. If you read this message, please don't make the mistake to try this company of thieves

    Don't work here! This is one of the worst companies I've worked for EVER, they don't care about their employees or repairing their equipment. All the trucks are old and have problems. When they do send you to get repairs, it's at the cheapest local spots in Illinois and they'd rather you switch trucks than fix the actual problem, and ALL the trucks have problems, which is why they can't keep drivers. If you have minor stuff to repair like tires or things that will put you in DOT violation, they will let you get it fixed OTR, but they take hours to pay the invoices many times, which leaves you sitting waiting for no reason. I once sat ~24 hours waiting on them to pay an invoice at loves before I could leave. They don't pay drivers on time some weeks, and you have to keep asking about it. They get two stars because they pay decent CPM and I like my DM Chris. There are no hubs, except at their parent company, Capitol Trucking, in Joliet, IL, which also sucks. You can only fuel at Pilot/FJ. They won't put tags on the truck and instead they have you add the registration paper to the front passenger window, and most of the paperwork including registration and insurance documents are expired. The best people there are Christopher, Ethan, and Jeff, but many of the rest need to be terminated.

    Run away from this company. They will tell you what you want to hear. They lie constantly. No yard, equipment is crap, they don't have money to fix trucks or trailers, have to beg to get paid every week, they steal money from you when you quit. Company is ran like crap. To get a lumper paid you have to beg them to do that as well. This company wants the driver to pay to fix their crappy equipment and then you will possibly get reimbursed. They pay by the mile. But not hub miles. They are not trustworthy at all.
