My experience with Road Train’s dispatcher, Lovepreet, has been very disappointing. He is extremely unprofessional and lacks even the basic communication skills required for the job. His English is very poor. At least before hiring these kind of people please test their English and instead of helping drivers, he comes across as rude and disrespectful. On top of that, he is dishonest and unreliable easily i can say the biggest liar I’ve ever dealt with. If you value respect and professionalism, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with him.
