    They told me home once every week that was a lie, I called em out on it and they basically just told me to deal with it. International's are the most budget trucks they can get and they perform like it the truck will slam the brakes to something on the shoulder of the road wear you're seat belt in their trash trucks. The dispatcher i had thinks he owns the place and I'm his dog. If you are homeless and just wanna run brain dead this place is for you.

    You can do better.....without the safety and performance bonus, the pay is low. They manipulate the Ai cameras (increase sensitivity) towards the end of the month so your safety score goes down and you lose 6 cents on all your miles for the month. Home time is only on weekends so you have to stay out more than 2 or 3 weeks at a time every time...no execptions...no flexibility at all.ever....

    Trucks are mostly international and are governed by whatever the speed limit is, capped out at 70. Some trucks go up to 71 some 73, all depends on how lucky you get. Dispatchers are good but I know there's a few who are God awful. The planners I'd say plan 60% efficiently, a lot of times they don't send you a preplan until the next day if it's after 2pm. Overall decent but we all know we can do better

    That last review and ANY other positive reviews are STRAIGHT UP lies. Talk with ANY actual employees and they will tell you otherwise. This place is awful. Picture a place so bad that they make you sign an agreement to stay for 3 months or you have to pay THEM $1500 to leave. If you didn't hate trucking before....you will after coming yo this place. Run away fast..... in the other direction. :-(

    Been working at Schuster 3 years and I never had an issue with home time. I stay out and I get 7 days off. The dispatchers are always watching your back. The pay is great. Senior management is always there to answer your questions.

    RUN!!!! Should have left during orientation we they told us that if they tell us to chain up a run, we have to chain up a run. Dispatchers are a joke( Zack). Constantly calling and waking you up. When safety told him not to call me when I was off duty, he had someone else call and wake me up.The last week I was there I ran 4 days with one 10 hour break. ( have to run sleeper berth splits all week)They don't tell you this until you get there,if you don't stay 6 months they take 1500 .from you.Its all about respect, they don't respect their drivers

    Forced dispatch...banged up trucks...Will send you out in a truck with broken/cracked mirrors as well as other issues. Trailers are pretty banged up, too. Lots of paperwork for trip sheet...can only fuel in network(from a list) they bone you on miles on some trips...yes they do practical miles but some non toll routes are off limits so you lose money. On unload/load day the shippers and receivers will waste your whole day....you may make a few bux detention but lose a days pay. This job is as disappointing as your wife getting her period on your wedding night....go elsewhere...there's no hate..Just disappointment

    This company is Patty. They lie to get you there once you get there you trapped, they threaten you with money that you have to pay back if you quit you gonna sit in the truck and babysit it with no miles they act like $1000 a week is a lot of money if the speed limit is 30 that's how fast the truck go. Please take it from me. Don't go to SCHUSTER. You better off staying with a company in your city it's a trap. DON'T YOU BELIEVE IT They lie with a attitude
