    Edward in dispatch never does anything he says he' is going to do. Doesn't return emails, doesn't call you back, lies about trucks being on the road, doesn't respond. It almost funny, like I have be trying to get quotes and schedule pick ups for weeks. 3 weeks, 6 calls and multiple emails, just says he's working on it.... well I got another company to do the work and saved $1000. Edward is ruining this company!
