    The Sharp company's policy and pay are like an old skull. It's so outdated. I don't wanna be rude, but I am not recommending to any professional drivers out there except newly graduated (student) drivers who wanna learn more about the how trucking industry works; because they'll be disappointed. Whether it's a pay rate, home time or even some dispatchers attitude, not all, but some of them has a kind of mentality like a Bossy.

    IT's a good company, I've worked for Sharp for 4 years and they've grown and evolved a lot during my time here. Dispatch is good to work with, the pay has been decent, I've already got probably 5 raises and the bonus pay is a nice perk too.

    Home for a 34 our reset most week, averaging about 3200 miles a week. the equipment is all in pretty great shape. mostly dry van.

    Decent pay home every 34 reset, and sometime midweek for 10 hr.average 3000 miles a week. Older 2014 kenworth maintenance good. Wish they had better medical ,office people seem grumpy most of the time
